PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES (STATUTE LAW REVISION AND IMPLEMENTATION) ACT 2010 (NO. 74 OF 2010) - SECT 29

After section 10 of the National Electricity (Victoria) Act 2005 insert —

        "     11     Personal Property Securities

For the purposes of section 8(1)(k) of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 of the Commonwealth, registration under the National Electricity (Victoria) Law is declared not to be personal property.".
