PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES (STATUTE LAW REVISION AND IMPLEMENTATION) ACT 2010 (NO. 74 OF 2010) - SECT 30

At the end of Part 7 of the Petroleum Act 1998 insert —

        " 127A     Authorities not personal property

For the purposes of section 8(1)(k) of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 of the Commonwealth, an authority is declared not to be personal property.".
