PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES (STATUTE LAW REVISION AND IMPLEMENTATION) ACT 2010 (NO. 74 OF 2010) - SECT 33

At the end of section 104 of the Infringements Act 2006 insert —

    "(2)     Section 73(2) of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 of the Commonwealth applies to an interest arising out of the operation of this Part.".
