PARLIAMENTARY WORKPLACE STANDARDS AND INTEGRITY ACT 2024 (NO. 27 OF 2024) - SECT 110

A provision of this Act or any other Act requiring an entity to notify, advise or otherwise communicate with a person or body that has made a referral under section 8 does not apply if the person or body made the referral anonymously.
