ROADS AND ROAD SAFETY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 46 OF 2024) - SECT 18

Definitions

In section 3(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986 , in paragraph (b) of the definition of motor vehicle , for "an injured or disabled person" substitute "a person with an injury or disability".
