ROADS AND ROAD SAFETY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 46 OF 2024) - SECT 21

In section 67(5)(e) of the Road Safety Act 1986 —

        (a)     omit "and prescribed costs" (where first occurring);

        (b)     after " Infringements Act 2006 " insert ", any additional fee or cost that has been added to an infringement fine or infringement penalty under the Fines Reform Act 2014 , the Infringements Act 2006 or regulations made under either of those Acts".
