ROADS AND ROAD SAFETY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 46 OF 2024) - SECT 33

    (1)     In section 59(1)(a) of the Road Safety Act 1986 —

        (a)     for "produce for inspection his or her" substitute "produce or display for inspection (as the case requires) their";

        (b)     for "state his or her" substitute "state their".

    (2)     In section 59(1)(ab) of the Road Safety Act 1986 , for "produce for inspection" substitute "produce or display for inspection (as the case requires)".

    (3)     In section 59(1A)(a) of the Road Safety Act 1986 —

        (a)     for "produce for inspection his or her" substitute "produce or display for inspection (as the case requires) their";

        (b)     for "state his or her" substitute "state their".

    (4)     In section 59(2) of the Road Safety Act 1986 —

        (a)     for "he or she" substitute "the person";

        (b)     for "his or her" (where first occurring) substitute "their";

        (c)     in paragraph (a), for "produce for inspection his or her" substitute "produce or display for inspection (as the case requires) their".

    (5)     In section 59(3) of the Road Safety Act 1986 —

        (a)     for "produce" substitute "produce or display (as the case requires)";

        (b)     in paragraph (d)—

              (i)     for "produces" substitute "produces or displays (as the case requires)";

              (ii)     for "production" substitute "production or display".
