ROADS AND ROAD SAFETY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 46 OF 2024) - SECT 48

In section 91(1)(d) of the North East Link Act 2020 —

        (a)     omit "and penalty reminder notice fee";

        (b)         after " Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 " insert "or any additional fee or cost that has been added to an infringement fine or infringement penalty under the Fines Reform Act 2014 , the Infringements Act 2006 or regulations made under either of those Acts".
