RETAIL LEASES AMENDMENT ACT 2020 (NO. 26 OF 2020) - SECT 11

For section 26(2) of the Retail Leases Act 2003 substitute —

    "(2)     The disclosure statement referred to in subsection (1)—

        (a)     must set out any changes to the previous disclosure statement given to the tenant in respect of the lease; and

        (b)     must include information that is current from a specified date that is within 3 months before the statement is given.".
