ROAD LEGISLATION MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS ACT 2010 (NO. 75 OF 2010) - SECT 18

In section 84C(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986 —

        (a)     in the definition of relevant offence for "section 65" substitute "section 65(1)";

        (b)     for the definition of Road Rules substitute —

""Road Rules" means the Road Safety Road Rules 2009".
