ROAD LEGISLATION MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS ACT 2010 (NO. 75 OF 2010) - SECT 23

In the note at the foot of section 217(1) of the Duties Act 2000 —

        (a)     omit "regulations 212 and 230 of";

        (b)     for "1999" substitute "2009".
