ROAD MANAGEMENT ACT 2004 (NO 12 OF 2004) - SECT 117

Power of Ministers to delegate

    (1)     The Minister may by instrument delegate to any person any function or power of the Minister under this Act or under the regulations other than this power of delegation.

    (2)     A relevant road Minister may by instrument delegate to any person any function or power of the relevant road Minister under this Act or under the regulations other than this power of delegation.
