Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to this section, a road authority other than VicRoads may exercise any road management functions under this Act on an arterial road for the purposes of facilitating road safety and traffic management in relation to access to or from the arterial road.
(2) Before performing a road management function in accordance with this section, the road authority must obtain the consent of VicRoads to the proposed exercise of the power.
