ROAD MANAGEMENT ACT 2004 (NO 12 OF 2004) - SECT 123

    (1)     A road authority may charge for any service the road authority provides under this Act.

    (2)     Without limiting the generality of sub-section (1), the services for which a road authority may charge include—

        (a)     supplying a service, product or commodity;

        (b)     giving information.

    (3)     A road authority can not charge for services in a manner that is inconsistent with the regulations.
