RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO. 47 OF 2012) - SECT 17

Payment out of bonds

In section 411 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 —

        (a)     after paragraph (a) insert —

    "(ab)     in accordance with section 411C; or";

        (b)     in paragraph (d)(ii), after "411A" insert "or 411B";

        (c)     in paragraph (d)(iii), omit "or (1A)".
