SUSTAINABLE FORESTS (TIMBER) (AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 21 OF 2006) - SECT 4

In section 3 of the Sustainable Forests (Timber) Act 2004 —

        (a)     in the definition of "managed licence"—

              (i)     for "agreement," substitute "agreement or";

              (ii)     omit "or transferred licence (west)";

        (b)     the definition of "transferred licence (west)" is repealed .
