SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR ACT 2021 (NO. 50 OF 2021) - SECT 103

In section 3(1) of the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 insert the following definitions—

"" Office of the Special Investigator "has the same meaning as in the Special Investigator Act 2021 ;

"OSI officer "has the same meaning as in the Special Investigator Act 2021 ;

"OSI personnel" means any of the following—

        (a)     an OSI officer;

        (b)     a person who was formerly an OSI officer;

"Special Investigator" has the same meaning as in the Special Investigator Act 2021 ;".
