SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR ACT 2021 (NO. 50 OF 2021) - SECT 112

After section 48(7) of the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 insert —

    "(8)     The Office of the Special Investigator must—

        (a)     give any assistance; and

        (b)     ensure that OSI personnel give any assistance—

to the Victorian Inspectorate which the Victorian Inspectorate reasonably requires to enable the Victorian Inspectorate to conduct any investigation in relation to the Office of the Special Investigator or OSI personnel under this Part.".
