Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In section 3 of the Police Informants Royal Commission Implementation Monitor Act 2021 insert —
"" Chief Commissioner" means the Chief Commissioner of Police appointed under section 17 of the Victoria Police Act 2013 ;
Office of the Special Investigator has the same meaning as in the Special Investigator Act 2021 ;".
(2) In section 3 of the Police Informants Royal Commission Implementation Monitor Act 2021 , in paragraph (c) of the definition of responsible agency omit "of Police appointed under section 17 of the Victoria Police Act 2013 ".
