SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR ACT 2021 (NO. 50 OF 2021) - SECT 146

    (1)     After section 10(1)(b) of the Witness Protection Act 1991 insert —

    "(ba)     for the purposes of an investigation by the Office of the Special Investigator; or".

    (2)     After section 10(4)(b) of the Witness Protection Act 1991 insert —

    "(ba)     that is necessary for the purposes of an investigation by the Office of the Special Investigator; or".
