Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to section 63, on completing an investigation under this Part, the Office of the Special Investigator must inform the person who made the public interest complaint of the outcome of the investigation.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if—
(a) the public interest complaint was made anonymously; or
(b) the IBAC has not disclosed the identity of the person who made the public interest complaint to the Office of the Special Investigator under section 77(2A) of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 .
