    The long title for the Bill for this Act was "A Bill for an Act to amend the Tobacco Act 1987 to prohibit smoking in certain public outdoor areas, to restrict further the promotion and display of tobacco products, to make it an offence to threaten, assault or intimidate an inspector who is exercising a power under Part 3A of that Act and for other purposes."
