TRANSPORT ACCIDENT AND ACCIDENT COMPENSATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2007 (NO. 60 OF 2007) - SECT 4

    In section 6(2) of the Transport Accident Act 1986 , in the definition of "income from personal exertion"—

        (a)     in paragraph (a) omit "superannuation allowances,";

        (b)     for paragraph (g) substitute —

    "(g)     rents or dividends; or

        (h)     any employer superannuation contribution.".
