UNCLAIMED MONEY ACT 2008 (NO. 44 OF 2008) - SECT 113

    (1)     In section 42D(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1958 —

        (a)     for "moneys" substitute "money";

        (b)     for "which have" substitute "which has";

        (c)     for "Registrar of Unclaimed Moneys" substitute "Registrar of Unclaimed Money".

    (2)     In section 42D(3) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1958 for "moneys" (wherever occurring) substitute "money".

    (3)     In section 42D(4) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1958 for "unclaimed moneys" (wherever occurring) substitute "unclaimed money".
