Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If a certificate is surrendered under section 44 or 67, or in compliance with a surrender certificate notice or an order under section 73 or 74, the certificate ceases to be valid.
(2) On a certificate ceasing to be valid, the ESC must alter the entry relating to the certificate in the register of certificates to show that the certificate is no longer valid.
