WATER AMENDMENT (GOVERNANCE AND OTHER REFORMS) ACT 2012 (NO. 17 OF 2012) - SECT 8

    (1)     Sections 22(5) , 87(3), 95(2) and 324A of the Water Act 1989 are repealed .

    (2)     In section 95(1) of the Water Act 1989 , for "Subject to subsection (2), each" substitute "Each".

    (3)     Item 6 of Schedule 1 to the Water Act 1989 is repealed .

    (4)     Schedule 6 to the Water Act 1989 is repealed .
