Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsA person acting under the terms and conditions of any agreement entered into under the Act, or a lease or licence granted over or in relation to an alpine resort, is not subject to these Regulations to the extent that the activities authorised by that agreement, lease or licence are inconsistent with these Regulations.
