BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY SECURITY OF PAYMENT REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 56 OF 2013) - REG 4

The following regulations are revoked —

        (a)     the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Regulations 2003 ^[1] ;

        (b)     the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment (Amendment) Regulations 2007 ^[2] .
