BUILDING AND PLUMBING AMENDMENT (NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION CODE AND OTHER MATTERS) REGULATIONS 2023 (SR NO 102 OF 2023) - REG 20

    (1)     In regulation 237 of the Building Regulations 2018, for "Schedule 3" (where twice occurring) substitute "Schedule 1 to that Volume".

    (2)     In regulation 237(3) of the Building Regulations 2018—

        (a)     for "the definition of Class 6 in clause A6.6" substitute "the Explanatory information in clause A6G7";

        (b)     omit " Note ".
