BUILDING AND PLUMBING AMENDMENT (NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION CODE AND OTHER MATTERS) REGULATIONS 2023 (SR NO 102 OF 2023) - REG 28

Regulation 24 substituted

For regulation 24 of the Plumbing Regulations 2018 substitute —

        "     24     Requirements for carrying out refrigerated air‑conditioning work

A licensed or registered plumber, when carrying out refrigerated air‑conditioning work, must comply with the requirements of Victorian variation VIC Part E2 in Schedule 10 to the PCA for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.".
