BUILDING AND PLUMBING AMENDMENT (NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION CODE AND OTHER MATTERS) REGULATIONS 2023 (SR NO 102 OF 2023) - REG 4

After regulation 10 of the Building Regulations 2018 insert —

        ' 10A     Modifications to the BCA Volume One and BCA Volume Two

    (1)     The BCA Volume One applies as if—

        (a)     in Part F8, in the Notes before the heading " Objectives ", for "30 September 2023" there were substituted "30 April 2024";

        (b)     in Part F8, in the Notes before the heading " Objectives ", for "1 October 2023" there were substituted "1 May 2024";

        (c)     in Part J1, in the Notes before the heading " Objectives ", for "30 September 2023" there were substituted "30 April 2024";

        (d)     in Part J1, in the Notes before the heading " Objectives ", for "1 October 2023" there were substituted "1 May 2024".

    (2)     The BCA Volume Two applies as if—

        (a)     in the Notes to clause H4D9, for "30 September 2023" there were substituted "30 April 2024";

        (b)     in the Notes to clause H4D9, for "1 October 2023" there were substituted "1 May 2024";

        (c)     in Part H6, in the Notes before the heading " Objectives ", for "30 September 2023" there were substituted "30 April 2024";

        (d)     in Part H6, in the Notes before the heading " Objectives ", for "1 October 2023" there were substituted "1 May 2024";

        (e)     in the Notes to clause VIC H6V1, for "30 September 2023" there were substituted "30 April 2024";

        (f)     in the Notes to clause VIC H6D2, for "30 September 2023" there were substituted "30 April 2024";

        (g)     in Part H8, in the Notes before the heading " Objectives ", for "1 October 2023" there were substituted "1 May 2024".

    (3)     This regulation is revoked on 1 May 2024.'.
