COMMUNITY BASED SENTENCES (TRANSFER) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2022 (SR NO 92 OF 2022) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Community Based Sentences (Transfer) Regulations 2013 to include the jurisdictions of South Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory as participating jurisdictions for the purposes of the Community Based Sentences (Transfer) Act 2012 .
