COUNTY COURT (EVIDENCE AMENDMENTS) RULES 2009 (SR NO 185 OF 2009) - REG 7

Order 41A amended

    (1)     In the heading to Order 41A of t     he County Court Civil Procedure Rules 2008 after " EVIDENCE " insert " (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ".

    (2)     In Rule 41A.01 of t     he County Court Civil Procedure Rules 2008 after " Evidence " insert " (Miscellaneous Provisions) ".

    (3)     In Rule 41A.06 of the County Court Civil Procedure Rules 2008 for "the Act" substitute "the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958 ".
