    (1)     In the heading to Order 11A of t     he County Court Miscellaneous Rules 2009 [2] after " EVIDENCE " insert " (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ".

    (2)     In Rule 11A.01 of t     he County Court Miscellaneous Rules 2009 after " Evidence " (where twice occurring) insert " (Miscellaneous Provisions) ".
