Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) Subject to paragraph (2), a notice of appeal under section 83 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 , an undertaking to prosecute an appeal and a statement pursuant to clause 1(4A) of Schedule 6 to that Act shall be in Form 2–2A.
(2) For the purposes of Schedule 6 to the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 , a notice of appeal by the Director of Public Prosecutions under section 84 of that Act shall be in Form 2–2B.
