CORONERS COURT (AMENDMENT NO. 2) RULES 2014 (SR NO 202 OF 2014) - REG 1

The object of these Rules is to amend the Coroners Court Rules 2009—

        (a)     as a consequence of amendments made by the Courts Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2014 to the Coroners Act 2008 ; and

        (b)     to make other miscellaneous amendments.
