CORONERS COURT (AMENDMENT NO. 2) RULES 2014 (SR NO 202 OF 2014) - REG 6

Publication of findings and reports

r. 6

After Rule 64(3) of the Principal Rules insert —

"(4) A finding made following an investigation of a death of a deceased who was, immediately before the death, a person placed in custody or care that the death was due to natural causes must be published on the website of the Coroners Court as soon as practicable.".
