Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A person to whom section 32 of the Act applies must give the coroner the information or other assistance requested by the coroner in respect of an investigation of a death no later than 7 days after the coroner's request for information or assistance has been made of the person.
(2) If the coroner has requested information, a person to whom section 32 of the Act applies must give the coroner the information in writing or any other form specified by the coroner.
