CORONERS COURT RULES 2019 (SR NO 97 OF 2019) - REG 56

    (1)     For the purposes of section 56 of the Act, a person may apply for leave to appear as an interested party at an inquest.

    (2)     An application under paragraph (1) must be in Form 31.
