Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A witness who is called to give evidence at the Coroners Court is entitled to be reimbursed in respect of the expense of travelling to and from the Court equal to the cost of the most economical form of transport having regard to the total expense of attending the Court.
(2) For the purposes of paragraph (1), if the witness uses their own vehicle, they are entitled to a reimbursement of 18 cents for each kilometre travelled to or from the Court.
