CORONERS COURT RULES 2019 (SR NO 97 OF 2019) - REG 9

A failure to comply with these Rules is an irregularity and does not render a nullity—

        (a)     an inquest;

        (b)     a step taken in an inquest;

        (c)     any document; or

        (d)     any order.
