CONSERVATION, FORESTS AND LANDS (INFRINGEMENT NOTICE) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2023 (SR NO 14 OF 2023) - REG 3

In column 2 in the table in Schedule 3 to the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2013 ^[1] —

        (a)     in item 12, for "regulation 7(1) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2012" substitute "regulation 8(1) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2022 ";

        (b)     in item 13, for "regulation 7(2) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2012" substitute " regulation 8(2) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2022 ";

        (c)     in item 14, for "regulation 7(3) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2012" substitute " regulation 8(3) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2022 ";

        (d)     in item 15, for "regulation 7(4) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2012" substitute " regulation 8(4) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2022 ";
