COUNTRY FIRE AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 2004 (SR NO 9 OF 2004) - REG 10

The Chairman must ensure that—

        (a)     a minute book is kept; and

        (b)     the minute book contains—

              (i)     minutes of resolutions of the Authority and committees of the Authority; and

              (ii)     names of the members of the Authority present at each meeting.
