CRIMES (CONTROLLED OPERATIONS) FURTHER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 123 OF 2013) - REG 3

In regulation 6 of the Crimes (Controlled Operations) Regulations 2008 ^[1] —

        (a)     in paragraph (b), for "Officer." substitute "Officer;";

        (b)     after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(c)     IBAC Officers classified as Executive Officers.".
