CORRECTIONS REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 40 OF 2009) - REG 56

r. 56

If the prisoner pleads guilty, the Governor must—

        (a)     review the circumstances of the case; and

        (b)     consider mitigating factors; and

        (c)     invite the prisoner to make a plea concerning penalty; and

        (d)     determine the penalty.
