CHATTEL SECURITIES (MISCELLANEOUS FEES) REGULATIONS 2004 (SR NO 87 OF 2004) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Chattel Securities Regulations 1997 to increase certain fees for applications for—

        (a)     registration of security interests in registrable goods; and

        (b)     certificates containing particulars of the information contained in the register.
