CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES FURTHER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (SR NO 105 OF 2010) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007 to be consistent with amendments made by Part 9 of the Justice Legislation Further Amendment Act 2010 .
