Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 95A of the Estate Agents Act 1980 , an offence against a provision of that Act or the Estate Agents (General, Accounts and Audit) Regulations 1997 [1] set out in column 1 of the Schedule is specified as an offence in respect of which an infringement notice may be issued.
(2) The prescribed infringement penalty for an offence against a provision set out in column 1 of the Schedule is the relevant amount expressed in penalty units set out in column 2 of the Schedule in respect of that offence.
