Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) This regulation applies to a person who, on the commencement of these Regulations, holds a licence that was issued under section 40 of the Act and in accordance with regulation 23 of the Electricity Safety (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 2010.
(2) Subject to complying with the requirements of regulation 35, the person is eligible, at any time before the expiry of that licence, to have issued to that person a licence to carry out all electrical installation work of the classes prescribed by regulations 18(a), (b) and (c) that is limited to premises to which the person to be licensed occupies for residential purposes.
