ELECTRICITY SAFETY (EQUIPMENT EFFICIENCY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (SR NO 86 OF 2010) - REG 32

Amendment to Schedule 1

    (1)     In the heading of column 2 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, for " Proclaimed " substitute " Energy efficiency ".

    (2)     In item 4 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, after "3823.1.1; and" insert —

"Australian/New Zealand Standard, 'Performance of electrical appliances—Airconditioners and heat pumps Part 1.2: Test methods—Ducted airconditioners and air-to-air heat pumps—Testing and rating for performance (ISO 13253:1995, MOD)', AS/NZS 3823.1.2; and".
